Kriya Yoga at DYCUK Centre by Sri Manasa Datta Swamiji

Part 1: Dates: Wednesday 8th, Thursday 9th and Friday 10th September 2010
Part 2: Dates: Wednesday 15th, Thursday 16th and Friday 17th September 2010.

Time: Please arrive between 1930 and 2000. The session will start by 2000 and end by 2115 hours.

Participants should:

1) Dress in comfortable clothes. Restrictive garments should not be worn.
2) Wear white clothing or wrapped in white cloth (White Datta Vastram is also acceptable).
3) Bring your own Yoga mats/cushions
4) Only partake Light food before coming for yoga session
5) Avoid alcohol and non vegetarian food before attending session.
6) Carry your own notepads/pens to make notes and to obtain full benefit from session.

Swami Manasa Datta visit to UK

DYC UK is happy to announce that Swami Manasa Datta, lovingly known as Radhakrishna, will be in the UK for 2 weeks from 4th September 2010.

We have organised following programs for benefit of devotees at Euro Datta Yoga Church Centre in Brentford.
